Rooms are big and clean. The coffee at the lobby is great. Easy to get to town via the metro just a short 2 min walk.

Excellent location, close to everything that’s needed

Everything is great, We would definitely choose this place again if we come back for another trip.

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing, particularly for anyone considering booking the family room, of which there is only one on the property. Please be aware that if you are viewing photos of this room from the US, they may not accurately represent the actual accommodations due to an apparent issue with how the photos are displayed based on your location. The family room is located in the hotel's basement, directly beneath the check-in desk. As a result, we could hear everything happening above us, including frequent footsteps, cupboards closing, etc. The room also had visible water damage, with splotches on the ceiling that appeared like mold (see photos). When we brought these issues to the staff's attention, they were unable to offer a satisfactory solution beyond providing a refund and suggesting we relocate to another property, as there is only one family room on the property and they were booked full at the time. After a long trip through Europe, this was sadly our least favorite accommodation. To be fair, the staff was friendly overall, and the hotel's location is excellent. However, those positives were not enough to outweigh the condition and location of the family room itself. I would encourage anyone considering this room to look carefully at the details before booking.
