Couldnt get housekeeping for 4 days. Finally came, and made one bed. Weird clicking sound in the wall was pleasant to listen to at 2am. But its ok, I was able to listen to mexican music till 11pm.

Conveniently located right off Route 13. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, and it is very evident the water in the area is iron heavy, you can smell, taste and see it in the bathrooms. Not the hotels fault of course, but it's a consideration when staying in the area. Complimentary breakfast was good, very similar to most hotels with this perk, but everything was hot, tasted good and the staff were very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again in the future

I booked a double queen suite and upon arrival was told that they were overbooked and that because I booked through a third party, I was downgraded to a double queen room with no compensation. The room was large, but lacked the additional sitting area I needed. It did not have a microwave. The carpet was heavily stained. The toilet bowl was stained and looked dirty. There was a post-it note that said “no waffles” at the breakfast both mornings. Other options were limited, and not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. The pool was clean, but there were no towels available and very few chairs.
