Brandon made it easy and pleasant to check in and welcomed us on short notice from our VBRO cancelling due to no a/c. Glad he was able to make things easy to manage on a peak weekend. Great customer skills! Also he really took one for the team working when other colleagues called out. Kudos to him for bing a team player, hope they treat him well to kept him!
