Clean tidy place to stay for your holiday pools are good food is good location is as good as any and beds where comfortable one of the better accommodations we have stayed at this trip

No wifi in rooms, no daily towel service provided unless you telephone. They do not even enter daily to empty your garbage. Music blaring at pool and in lounge.

Would not have been too bad if not for being charged twice and then rudely yelled at when I complained and tried to sort out why the double cost! Turned out it was a new staffing problem, however, I have not received an apology or even acknowledgement - only been told by a third party what had happened to lead to the double charge!! Would also have been better without the huge Cockroaches, but, this could be an area problem and not entirely the fault of the Hotel. Mind you I would not have called it 'squeaky clean' either...

Area untidy and trashy. Did'nt know budget meant this. Would have loved aircon switched on when we walked in after a long hot trip. Neighbour parked right on our door which made unloading a huge pain. Please mark parking bays in front of rooms. Best was the key left in safety box as requested.
