The website states that there is no lift. On our first visit the very large gentleman receptionist directed us to the stairs and we dragged our suitcases up 2 flights to find that at the top there was a sign to The Lift. We were furious. On our second visit the same receptionist directed us to the lift which was ironic as we were in a room on the ground floor. The web site needs updating and the reception staff need educating.
The breakfast buffet was hit & miss - one morning no bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and NO PLATES.
Our room had only 4 sockets, all on the wall opposite the bed. We had to plug/unplug TV, kettle, hairdryer, 4 chargers - luckily I have a very long lead for my phone.
