Perfect area on sea front. This hotel was possibly a very grand place to stay in the past but it needs a lot of upgrading works. Poor decor. We didn't use the dining room but it didn't appear very welcoming.

everything was lovely very friendly staff . only one thing which I forgot to mention was that I slipped whist getting in the shower and hurt my knee. just a sign saying beware of the shower mat when you first get in would do .

Beautiful location, close to all amenities, could do with better quality mattresses and tablets/furniture slightly aging and could do with an update and parking should be free for those staying at hotel. Otherwise good all round

Male receptionist state of dress. Being an extremely large man he didn’t need to have his shirt open and out of his trousers showing large expanse of his stomach.. Safely issues with lounge carpet not fixed.

The hotel is on the promenade of Exmouth. Slightly tired and dated looking property, the lock on our door did not work but room a nice size and bed was comfortable, we had a view out to the sea which was nice. We did not eat in the hotel, we did use the bar which was small but fine. I would stay here again.
