Love the self check-in feature. Balcony out back was a nice touch for relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Good amount of towels. Plenty of parking. Price was good. Good location. Plenty of food within a few minutes of driving. Now the ugly…. Had to carry the luggage up stairs. Not a huge problem, but is if you aren’t able to lift it… noticed a strong smell of coffee when we arrived. Discovered later the coffee pot still had coffee in it…. Upon making coffee the next day, found all the creamers were expired and chunky…. Walls are paper thin. Heard the people next door raising cane most of the night. Also was able to hear whole conversations, even a whole conversation when someone knocked on their door and told them they were being to loud. Which resulted in them just slamming doors and draws all night. Then smacking the wall when we got up at 8am and started our day. Will stay again. Just hope for a better experience.

Good Suite
The room was good. It was furnished with a kitchenette that featured a sink, refrigerator & a microwave. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work nor did the bathroom fan, and there was no hair dryer, as is customary at most hotels. There was a small patio with a table & chairs, which was a nice touch and the hotel is somewhat isolated, which provides some level of privacy. The nightly rate was good, as was assistance from the owner.

This is a very well-maintained site, and it's clear that guest satisfaction is paramount for this organization. The check in process is unique but flawless. It is quiet and the grass and wooded surroundings remarkable, and easily enjoyed on the room balconies. We will definitely return to Brinton upon our next visit to the Philadelphia area.

Brinton Suites was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to not have to check in at a front desk. The wifi was excellent (though one disadvantage to not having a front desk was having to wait for a reply to get the password). It was nice to have the little balcony where I could enjoy my meals. There is no "garden," however, so the "garden view room" is a bit misleading - - but it is on the side of the building not facing the road, which was good enough for me! I would stay here again.

Full kitchen was a plus! The fridge was a little dirty but not a big deal. No check in. They sent codes to get in to the building and room. Kinda cool little apartment style place. No elevator. And no front desk. We ended up leaving early but were unable to let anyone know.

The cold wind blows.
Overall the place is fine but very minimalist. No lobby or front desk. All done digitally. That was fine but my big complaint is the way the positioned the bed next to the A/C unit. It blew directly on the bed so it was difficult to sleep. If it wasn’t for that I would have rated it higher
