Comfortable stay
Very quiet and clean and close to attractions, well appointed. Interesting not having any staff in the property, but no problems getting in and figuring out how to operate TV. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette well supplied with flatware, glasses, microwave, etc. Coffee and tea were available, but milk available in AM only—individual creamers or half and half would have been welcome.

This property is very clean and that is most important, but it is in a bit of disrepair. Given the excellent rating we were surprized. When we arrived, after dark, we were the only vehicle in the parking lot, which was a bit disconcerting. By morning, however, another 8 vehicles were parked.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette with the larger fridge/freezer allowed us to bring some of our local favorite foods home. The balcony is a wonderful added touch. We come to this area a few times a year and will be staying here.

I stay here often this place is great. Beautiful property, super clean and comfortable rooms, the couple of staff members are around if you need them and they’re friendly, helpful and great. The key code access works fine for me it’s easy and no waiting in line in the lobby to check in. Walk in straight to the room. I have nothing bad to say about this place they do a great job here.

I rented two rooms. Both were very clean but the building has seen better days. The paint in both rooms was chipping on the doors and there were scratches on the walls. The showers worked fine and water heat and pressure were decent. However the water had a definite sulfur smell and residue. Kitchenette is the rooms was nice but stove top didn’t work overly well. Neither room had a full set of plates, silver wear or glasses. Nor did anything in the rooms match (my towels were all different colors). Not bad for the price and it had a very convenient location. None of these cons were dealbreakers for me since I was only there for an evening but an extended stay might be more challenging.

Weekend in West Chester
Enjoyed my stay at Britton hotels. It was a little hard to use the key pad to get into my room. Had to go down to the front desk to assist us. The following day our electric on one side of our room was out. We had no light in our room. We told them and it was not fixed when we came back later that afternoon. The hotel front desk worker came to assist us and couldn’t get it resolved however he called management and he came and fixed the issue. Overall a good experience just a couple glitches. I enjoyed the continental breakfast as well. Just a small space

Very nice and comfortable. Was a little misled by one review saying breakfast was a little more extensive, so would maybe suggest that there’s an accurate description of what’s included. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay.
