This property is located close to Longwood Gardens, which is great. However, it is located right next to the highway and was extremely noisy. And there is always traffic. There was no hot water in the shower. When I mentioned this to the staff, no response. The staff was not particularly friendly. When I asked for a receipt I was told to "go online". The lobby has a strange mix of check-in, waiting area and bar/restaurant. Not exactly sure if there was food but guests were drinking in the area that people are checking in.

I was sad I forgot my swim suit. They have a nice little indoor pool. It's nice because they have a small bar, and snack area with sundries available. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. I would have hoped that, for the price of the room, that the breakfast was included in the price of the stay, but it's an additional charge.

Most hotels have either coffee or water available in the lobby - this one did not - the lobby wasn’t guest friendly as part was a small “dining area” - very bright lights - not somewhere you’d want to relax in at night for any reason. Only one elevator which was so loud and very slow and would halt to a stop alarmingly every single time. The bed was very comfortable that was basically the only reason why we didn’t drive home and forfeit the stay.

Clean and functioned okay for an overnight stay. Was not expecting such a high charge for potential incidentals. Wish I’d known that ahead of time. Tight shower and small beds. I’d suggest they upgrade the Deluxe rooms to a queen bed. Hotel bar closes at 9.

This was a disappointment for a Hilton. The facility needs work. The room lighting needs upgrading and the bathroom plumbing needs improvement. The stay is not worth the cost.

This newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn was a pleasant surprise. We booked a room there after buying tickets for a fireworks display at Longwood Gardens. The room was clean and with brand new furnishings. It's proximity to Longwood Gardens, Floga Bistro, other restaurants, shopping, etc., make it an easy decision to stay here.
