The place looks nice and clean. The in-room carpeting seems a bit dated. the toilets are way too loud. It did not include breakfast but graciously they said I can buy it if I want. Reception gave me a little square of chocolate for being a rewards member. I thought it was some kind of joke. If it is not a joke, please don't insult a customer who paid over $200 a night by "rewarding" him with a 2 cent piece of candy. Better off not calling attention to the fact that the rewards program is worthless.

Staff once briefed for what service hotel said they performed accomplished it but I had to press. Inexcusable for hotel to lack adequate hot water in AM for showers. Windows leak excessively. Heating noisy and poor. Breakfast poor lobby unacceptable to eat in without outdoor coat on so cold.

65th birthday weekend

65th birthday trip with friends. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was friendly and helpful. The bartender Sally was great fun. Nancy May checked us in and was extremely helpful and nice. Anytime any of us come to Kennett Square we will definitely stay here!!

Close to Longwood Gardens

Chose your hotel due to its proximity to Longwood Gardens. Nice hotel. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was quite good and your bartender on New Year’s Eve was awesome!
