TV in the room did not work! Called the front desk about it and was told that someone was coming up to fix it.....that person did not come to fix it! The bed was terrible, it sinks in , bed is broken and seemed to have been sexed to Oblivion! Terrible experience at this location! I do not recommend it, and I'll never go back!

The staff was very friendly. But the room wasn't good. The fridge didn't work and no ice machine on the main floor. You had to get into the shower to reach the controls because only one sliding door opened, which had you getting hit with ice cold water. The second day I came back from my mother's funeral and found I had no hot water. My options were to carry my clothes and toiletries to a room halfway up the hall to shower or take all my stuff and move to that room for only one night. I was leaving the next morning and I'm handicapped with a bum knee, hip and ankle. I just stayed where I was. Asked if they could take something off my stay and they said I have to go through Expedia but they would honor it. Microwave is at least 6 1/2 foot high which is dangerous for pulling out hot foods. I'm 4'10. I had to get my collapsible foot stool to get in the bed, they are way to high even for an average height person. The coffee was the most bitter coffee I've ever drank. I went to breakfast at 8:45. They had egg and cheese omelets. No bacon left. Sausage links looked so dry. And no cinnamon buns like they bragged about. The one thing good is that they did have a good amount of different foods. Sorry this so long but my stay started off pretty good and progressively got worse on a very depressing day for me. I was only there 2 nights.
