Just ok

The room was clean & comfortable. However, we had no hot water our first morning. This issue must jave been fixed because we had no other issue for the other two days. The ice machine was broken on our floor. There were people hanging out in the rear parking lot at night, which didn’t make us feel safe.

Room was wonderful; however the TV had few channels. When asked the staff replied we didn't have a "smart tv" even though the room guide showed at least 4 times more channels. Also, the elevator was "not working" right at check-out time. i use a cane and getting down the stairs with our luggage was not enjoyable.

Overall nice place, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The walls are paper thin and I could hear our neighbors conversations & someone sneezing. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide assortment. Pool & outdoor space was nice, although odd for the pool to close at 8pm in the middle of summer.

This is the second year I have stayed here to work a two day expo. I requested a quiet room and yet I could still hear a rowdy group of sports enthusiasts shouting outside by the pool. I know there a specific "quiet time" but honestly this rowdy behavior should not be permitted any time of the day. I could not get the rest I needed.
