Not a happy camper

The room was very dirty and smelled like mildew. There was no light left on when i opened the door when I first got there. Also, the door to the stairway, i was not able to open it. That's scarey if there was an emergency and could not use the elevators. I was unable to use the pool. It was locked up and the key was not to be found. The lady at the checkin and checkout was nice but was constantly texting or on her phone.

The room was nice and clean initially they gave me a room facing the indoor pool which I didn't like and they gladly changed my room. I appreciate it that bed was very comfortable. I was a little bit, disappointed that the pool was open so late 10:00 PM and there was a lot of screaming children at play To me, that's a late hour for all that noise echoing I guess all hotels are pretty noisy, but the hallway was rather noisy on the Saturday night. I guess it's not so bad if you're not an early to bed person overall it what's a friendly place
