Me gusta mucho el hotel ya es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos todo bien lo único que me hubiera gustado la limpieza de la habitación ya que no la limpiaban todo los días y me quedé 9 noches otra cosita la limpieza en el área de la piscina y un poco de más iluminación en el estacionamiento todo lo demás excelente.

Very disappointed how I was treated

I did not stay at the hotel because I had car problems and I was told that the cancelation did not go through and they stated that I sent a message that I would try to arrive on Saturday, and I was charged a night stay because I did not show. Really disappointed with Hotel.com come because I have given your company a lot of business and I was upset that I could not get a refund for the one night. The hotel would not refund me and Hotel/com could not do it as well. Very disappointed.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was great. However this time it was horrible. Room smelled like wet dog, sliding bathroom door broken, cleaning staff yelling across the hallway and woke us up early everyday, cleaning crew skipped our room one day. If you stay here make sure you stay at the fourth floor because you van hear the person upstairs even if they are just walking to the bathroom, orange juice machine not working for any of the days we stayed. The only really nice staff was from front desk. Cleaning ladies were yelling at each other early in the morning and banging the walls when cleaning. If you look for quiet do not stay here.

Fine for a short stay

The room was fine for a last minute short overnight stay. The breakfast area needed improvement as multiple things were broken, like the waffle batter dispenser and a glass case door; the yogurt dispenser was empty or not working.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and a variety of breakfast each day. The room was very spacious with tons of storage. We made use of the the kitchenette daily. The pool was very cloudy. Also our bathroom door didn’t lock at all and was hard to open/close.
