We enjoyed our stay West Chester is a beautiful sitting with this right in the heart of it. Everything is walkable. Staff was pleasant facilities felt clean and safe will definitely use them again.

We had several issues during our stay, first the property is advertised as having on site parking. When we arrived, we were told that there was not enough room for us and so we had to park at the garage about a block away. We were given vague instructions for Accessing the garage in such a way as to avoid the full fee. The staff were overall somewhat poorly communicative. The safe in my room didn’t work. The property was advertised as having a relationship with the local YMCA with a reduction in the daily fee, however, when I went there, I was told that that relationship had been recently terminated. On the positive side when I asked for information about where I could buy some paper plates and plastic utensils for a family gathering I was driving to later in the day, the desk person helped me to get some from the kitchen staff. Overall, there were just a series of minor annoyances inconveniences that didn’t need to happen.

Perfect location near many restaurants within easy walking distance. Big room. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. You have to park at the garage across the street on the top levels so a little bit of a walk but parking is horrible in the area so super convenient to have a place to park.

A short vacation for our 50th. The room was very clean and house keeping it that way. There was a small refrigerator and a very large tv. We went downstairs for our morning breakfast to get us started. Nothing fancy, it’s not a restaurant. But enjoyable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The shower was powerful and very hot. Around the hotel there was of places to see, a lot of restaurants around and we tried a few. There is a parking garage for customers only for a small fee. We traveled to Longwood Gardens a couple of days and it was great to come back to a clean and welcoming room. 👍👍

Breakfast was lacking everything when we got there - no coffee, no water, etc. check-in had a long line at 5pm (4 check-ins ahead of ours and only 1 person working at front desk). Garage was not on premises had to move car to a different garage away from the hotel. Too many things different from what was advertised. Not worth the cost.

Adorable historical site boutique hotel.

The gym is teeny tiny with 2 pieces of cardio equipment, really minimal but i was able to hop on treadmill for 40 minutes in early evening and get a little sweat in. It served its purpose.
