Unacceptable "surprise" parking fee made this Poor
The reason for the overall Poor rating was because of the outrageous parking fee of $25. I thought I had a fair deal for the room. Then I found out I had to pay $25 for their parking lot... or else pay for a cheaper off-site parking garage nearby. It was frigid outside; so I kinda had no choice. I travel to West Chester, PA often; but unless I receive a $25 refund for the ridiculous parking fee; I won't be staying at Hotel Warner again.

Great stay except for parking
The accommodations were excellent and the central location of the hotel was wonderful! It's within walking distance to theater, restaurants and shopping. A big negative was the fact that the rooms are not cheap and the parking was extra! They can't even provide parking for their hotel guests, that is just wrong!!!

This is a nice middle priced small hotel in a great location in the hearty of West Chester, so super convenient for exploring the town and its surroundings. Its a reuse of an art deco movie theater and does a nice job with its art deco theme. The breakfast area is lovely, with views overlooking the town of West Chester. Some B&B charm with hotel amenities like an indoor pool. Convenient attached indoor parking which should be reserved early.

Older building, needs updates.
Hotel needs renovation. Rooms and hallways felt outdated and need some updates. Bed was super comfy, though. The biggest issue was noise. We could hear the TV playing from the room above us all night long and could hear the person walking around from 6:30am through 8:30am, so we did not sleep well. Fantastic location and nice staff… so would stay there again. Hope they invest in themselves a bit before we do!
