Microtel is a great value and has pretty good service. Rooms are very clean, especially for how affordable the hotel is. It was like half the cost of other options. However, it could be 5 stars if a little better customer service. There were some small issues with the room and when we were checking out we tried to get a price adjustment because of that. The front desk guy didn’t really seem to understand or know what we were talking about. Obviously not that big of a deal, but a small ($20 or so) price adjustment would have made up for some of the issues. Not a luxury hotel, but a great experience and a very fair price for a hotel.
