Every employee at this hotel was overwhelmingly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate all their help with a difficult situation. They made it much easier for me to be OK.

I booked 2 king studio rooms. When I checked in, the front desk person said that there was only one king studio available and that a queen bedroom was the only room option. She said that since I booked with Expedia the hotel had the right to give the king room to others. It is a first come first serve booking because I didn’t book directly with them. Really??? Expedia please explain this situation???

Very slow in checking us in. A room was not available when we tried to check in. Asked for additional pillows and never received them. Went to the front desk to check on them and no body was at the desk. After 10 minutes of waiting I gave up.

I am extremely Dissatisfied with Expedia. I booked a king bed with a pull out couch and I was given a room with a king bed and a couch that did not pull out. I asked them to resolve the issue and they said they couldn’t as it was booked with Expedia. I would like a full refund as this was not the room I had booked and needed up sleeping on an incredibly small couch for the duration of my Stay

I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Smells good the minute you walk through the door. Breakfast was great, bed is cozy, overall a great experience.
