This building could be beautiful if it was kept in good condition. The room was not clean, rips in furniture, furniture in room was not dusted. Shower door didn’t slide on the track, tub around door has not been cleaned. Stains on the tiles on the ceiling, mattress leaned downhill. Pros: The staircase was beautiful, the food and service in the restaurant were both exceptional. Nice employees with everyone we met. The place just needs a good scrubbing and updates to the furnishings and fixtures. If the things that needed updating were antiques or original to the building, I would understand, but none of the things we saw were antiques, mostly form the 80’s.

People that work there were friendly the food in the restaurant is awesome every time we go there we love to eat there the pizza is great the fish dinner is great burgers are delicious I'm a chip stay maker really good and the barbecue wings are awesome as well

We were only there one night - the room was fine but in the morning, no one was at the desk, a sign said breakfast 7-10 am but the door was locked. At 7:30 the front door was still locked. Other guests were wandering around looking for breakfast. We had factored in breakfast there - because there really isn't any other place to eat that is convenient and the lack of communication was frustrating.

I realize this property is quite an old property. However, I don’t believe it is being kept up. It is quite dusty all throughout the halls and the hotel. The front desk assistant’s answer to my “can we get a first floor room”, was “we are full and you get what you get.” She did not say it in a rude tone, however, that is not a way to respond to a customer.

Historic hotel. Our room was dirty….not historic.
The room was very noisy at night with guest in hall. Door had large gaps which let in light and noise. Carpet dirty and had cigarette burns. Broken tiles in tiny bathroom. Usually no one at desk. When we checked in and could hear traffic noise, I requested another room. We were denied.

The staff is very friendly the food is excellent everything is well kept up nice and neat I enjoyed it this is one of the best hotel we've been at ps. The parking is not easy I think it's unfair that the people who eat in the restaurant park next to the hotel you should Reserve that for guests who are paying to stay there

The property was an older hotel. The rooms had tall ceilings. Had a vintage feeling that was nice. Everything was very clean. Plenty of hot water. t I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was. I have arthritis and slept well.

This place was not nice, from the carpet feeling sticky, a hole in the ceiling, water stains above the bed, bathroom floor that look like it was going to cave in and a stain on the mattress. I made these complaints and was given a refund. But why did they even rent out that room is my question.
