My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights. Loved the secluded location and saw our first sight of faint auroras right from the spa area. It's dark enough to see a sky littered with stars. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is great and has good enough variations of food for two nights of dining

One of the best in Iceland
Certainly the nicest hotel we stayed at in our ring road trip around iceland. this place is very nice, has a lot of services, and is a great location next to an incredibly beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. It's in a very dark location so it's a great place to see the northern lights if the weather cooperates. Everything was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious even the shower which is rare in Iceland. Would definitely return for a stay here.

Nice hotel room, but they kept the temperature very warm and there’s no temperature control for the rooms. Also there are very few places to eat in the area, so you have to go to the restaurant. It is quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was definitely worth it though.

This hotel was very modern and clean. Had cocktails and a cheese plate before dinner and was very pleased. Dinner in the restaurant was good if you like many flavors. Very close to Diamond Beach and I e Cave tours.

Great hotel with clean rooms and outstanding staff. It is pretty remote though as its about 2 hours from Vik. It is close to Diamond beach though. The remoteness makes it a good spot to view the northern lights if they are visible.
