We stayed in the jacuzzi suite, and the tub had not been property cleaned properly in who knows how long. I offered to clean it my self since i was really looking forward to using the tub. I asked for some bleach so i could allow it to be ran threw the jets, to clean them properly. The lady was clueless. So i went down to the gas station and purchased some. I highly recommend them getting rid of the jet tub and replacing it with a non ketted tub, they would have this issue them. Other than that everything was great.

Go to for a family over nighter

We frequently stay over night in Fairbanks when we have appointments. This hotel is one of our go-tos, as it has a small (usually warm) pool that always has life jackets and yoys available for our kids, decent breakfast with lots of options and is right in the middle of town with easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable enough and staff is usually super helpful/enjoyable to chat with.

AC didn't seem to work.

Place was very clean, staff was great. But, the climate control system in the room world not seen to let us make the room colder. Yeah, it was like seven degrees outside but I wanted the room to be 65-ish. Nope. Slept with no covers. Very warm. And the folks above were clearly part elephant.
