Leave your shoes on

Updated, old and dirty. Ceiling panels filling down in room. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel comfortable removing my shoes in the room.

The check-in time is too rigid, and staffing is not sufficient. There's no provision of drinking water and the only way to get water is at the hotel shop, which is way too expensive.

The smallest room I've ever had

It appeared that the hotel had extensive remodeling but they stop short when it came to the shower. Why would you leave green tile and massive amounts of caulk?

Fine hotel with sour staff

The Hotel is fine but I won't stay there again. Whoever was at the front desk at 11a on Feb 27th should not be working in hospitality. We arrived at the desk and said we'd like to check in, fully knowing we were early. We never got a "Hi". Just an angry "early check in will be 60 dollars". We wanted to store our bags - they put them into a closet, with no claim ticket and no ability to prove they are ours. Luckily they were there when we returned. The stay that night was... fine. The Hotel is comfortable enough. But due to the checkin experience i won't be returning.

Short but very enjoyable stay. Free shuttle to the train station which is pretty close by. Managed to see the Northern Lights from right outside the hotel - very lucky!

We had a great room and a great stay at The Bridgewater. Staff was quick and efficient, the location is convenient, our room was clean and comfortable. This was a return stay for me and I'll contine to stay there in the future.

Won’t be back.

They wanted almost $100 to check in a few hours early despite being basically empty. Had to wait in the car in minus 30- degree weather. Then no one was there to let us in check in. (Door to lobby locked at all times.). Room was so small I had to sleep with my luggage on the bed with me. Card key kept failing so back and forth to front desk many times. Took 30 minutes to get the clerks attention to buy a soda. Only one pack of coffee for two people and two nights. Tiny towels. You get the picture.
