This hotel has been nicely updated. The room was small, but sufficient. There were unusual odors in the hallway, but the room was fine. You do need your key to get into the building, use the elevator, etc. We didn't see any concerning situations the beginning of June. Glad they had room darkening curtains. A little light came in above and below them, but silk eye masks help.

Very nice room. The desk clerk gave us the key to a room that was already occupied,which was embarrassing for us and I’m sure frightening for the people in that room. I believe they should have received a free night and we should have gotten a discount.

This hotel is safe clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend. They have hot tea and coffee in lobby in early morning, a affordable snack bar that has non alcoholic drinks in fridge you can purchase, snacks.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I had used a third-party to book my booking and I needed to change it because I had the wrong dates. She basically asked me to leave the building and come back when I had my reservation changed. I realize she didn’t have any authority to change the dates, but she could’ve been a lot more polite about it. If I was her boss, I would’ve fired her immediately. They’re a customer service industry. Don’t treat people like crap.
