We only stayed overnight, the room and bathroom ceiling needs clean or probably replacement. We can hear the next room noise, so it depends on your luck to have a quiet neighbor i guess. As of located in Fairbank, no auroral light wake up call tho, little disappointment. The hotel does offer transportation from train station. If you just need a place to stay for one night, this hotel can be one of the options.

The hotel locals in the downtown area and is walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and conveniently equipped with a fridge and microwave oven. However, the hotel doesn’t have breakfast and the room is small and renovations are outdated.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Hotel is a bit run down and our room was way too small for a king size bed. There was hardly any counter space in the bathroom, along with no fan. There was little room around the bed in the mail area, so no space for suitcases, let alone your stuff.
