Bathroom floor dirty , toilet needed a plastic screw to hold it in place , one light in bathroom not working , under the bed was dirty ,paper under it and a cap …I paid all this money for this , I was looking for someone to talk to about this when I dropped off my keys couldn’t find anyone I Will Never Stay Here Again ! I found somewhere els to stay ! Poor ,Poor ,Poor! Do better!

Book 5 nights $680.00 . Not one day did room service come. Rented king suite. Called for fresh towels on day three. Some sketchy woman brings towels and toilet paper in trash bag and hands it to me at the door. Nothing after that. Last day knock at door says room services i opened door lady asks if i need anything she is clocking out. Um how about do your job. On top of walls paper thin and room next to me partying all night it sucked never again. Save your money.

Very nice staff who got me set up with my stay. It was located in a quiet area, yet easy to access the city and facilities around me. The room was huge and clean, and I had plenty of room for myself.

Went above and beyond. We rented a queen room for my husband and I to watch our son play football. Our son was supposed to stay with the team, but was injured in the game so we needed a cot so he could stay with us. We called Extended Stay from the ER and they said they’d see what they could do.

Worst stay since I was 22... I'm 32...

This isn't a smoke free facility, the hotel staff do not respond to messages on any platform, the room is paper thin walls, the parking is impossible, and the facility as a whole is unacceptable. The breakfast included is in a completely different location than the room we were given and it was supposed to be open at 0830 local time and there was no one in sight. I checked it after 4 hours with a not and they refused to acknowledge my departure whether over email, phone, or hotels.com. this place is awful - Do. Not. Stay. Here. Even if you're hard up the n cash - there's a hostel downtown that's cheaper and probably smoke free.

Finding the “office” to check in is tricky - it’s in a private home up a couple flights of stairs but went smoothly. Owner has multiple properties and the building assigned was a couple blocks away. No big deal and convenient location with easy access to main roads. First room was too warm and owner was quick to move us into a different room which was very comfortable. Overall, had a good stay in Fairbanks.

Kind of wish I had read more of their reviews before I booked my stay, floors were pretty dirty and a bunch of interesting brown sticky goo on the floor of the kitchen. Bathroom was also not swept and bathtub had a chunk of toilet cleaner soap in it. The whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. Good thing I had already been camping and had my sleeping bag and personal cookware on hand. Edit, day 2. Just saw the biggest mouse I have ever seen crawling underneath the fridge, you have got to be kidding me… Edit# 3 day 3 after extending my expected to stay by one day, here I am making dinner and a total stranger uses THEIR KEY CARD and walks in on me. Apparently no one is keeping track of who is in what room and is just assigning keys to whoever. This is ridiculous. I have been at roach motels with better service and cleanliness.

Loved the Tudor style buildings and the suite we had was spacious and felt like we were home. Mattress was a little hard in the main bedroom but we had the luxury of using the other beds to sleep on.
