It would be great if the staff at the property was more aware of the additional transportation choices. They offer in house shuttle services for a price. Would be great if they could offer a few stops free of charge. The property is pretty far from the center of Fairbanks.

Nice easy one night stay during a cold snap of -30’s. Always stay here when in town- great location, having plug-ins for cars, fun atmosphere, pleasant workers, etc. Thanks for being a great place.

Quirky hotel right next to the airport. Since most flights get in late to Fairbanks (ours arrived at 1am), it was nice to have a short uber/shuttle ride to the hotel. The offer parking with plug ins for winterized vehicles. Breakfast was solid, and there were fun amenities around the hotel. Love the charachter of the hotel, although rooms felt a bit dated. Overall 8.8/10

I love this hotel as it has great ambiance. With that being said I won’t stay here again until they change their pillows. The are these small, square, rock hard disasters. Part of staying at a hotel is being able to get a good night sleep. I could never get comfortable and tossed and turned all night.

Loved staying at Pikes! We initially only stayed here the day of our flights in and out of Fairbanks. But i would have stayed longer! Beds are comfy, room is warm (we went in late December), breakfast included, and plenty of activities even in the winter! We tried the billiards table, the short movie about auroras, fires outside at night, sledding hill, walk across river to the Love Alaska sign, etc. The best part is that they did a wake up call when they saw the Northern Lights and it was right there over the river and in the city. We could stay inside and be told when they were visible. They also have a complementary shuttle to and from the airport and some parking spots with engine plugs for the winter (not all spots do though). Had a great time!

I like those small cabins. Very nice and quiet. But staying there during the winter. Those salt rocks tracks in, and it gets the floor wet. Besides those rocks it was a nice stay. If you need anything? They’re right there in minutes. Thank you!
