Our stay was great at this property! We spent 5 nights there and appreciated the on-site amenities, especially the restaurant. Staff were all great and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport! About 2 hours from Denali and 1 hour from Chena Hot Springs, staying here was just perfect!

This lodge was great!! Right on the beautiful Chenah River, very close to the Fairbanks airport and not too far at all from town. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful!! Everyone was so pleasant!! The lodge has a little bit of everything ~ very focused on all guests learning a bit about Alaska, while being very comfortable. We can't wait to return!!

If you don't have a car, this property is not convenient to anything in Fairbanks. There is a shuttle to airport and train and I think you can pay for a shuttle to the museum. Otherwise, the property is kept in excellent condition and the staff are all wonderful.

Love the decor, the breakfast, the lodge grounds and layout were beautiful. Enjoyed the ice cream and the fire pits for smore's. The only place to stay in Fairbanks. The only negative was booking through Expedia, just don't. Book now, pay later means something completely different to them.

Great place to stay in Fairbanks. The quality of some hotels in the area is lacking, not at Pike's! Take your time to read reviews and your will probably select Pike's. It is tge best in town for the money. Check out their gift shop. Good prices. Postcards for 25 cents. Stamps available too. Share your travels with others. Send postcards from your vacation in Fairbanks.

We love the amenities offered by the hotel: Aveda room toiletries, free breakfast with lots of choices, convenient location, aurora viewing movies/location, billiards table, aromatherapy sauna and steam room, ice cream for only $1.50, and the friendliness of the staff.

Friendly staff, right on the banks of the Chena river, cozy fire side cabins, breakfast buffet was great, ice cream social each night, lounge is big but inviting! Definitely would recommend staying here!!! Excellent time!!!!
