This was the worst experience with being able to sleep I had at a hotel in my life, unfortunately. I had to request that the refrigerator in our room be replaced because it didn’t work. Then when they replaced the refrigerator, it refrigerated, but it made incredible noise at night time. As a result, I lost two nights of sleep and it made for a horrible start to my vacation. In addition, for two nights There was construction work going on outside of my hotel window at midnight until one or 2 o’clock in the morning. This is something that I am gonna request some type of reimbursement for the loss of sleep I experienced. At the very least, a hotel’s main goal should be to ensure that their customers to be able to have a great sleep. That was not the case for my wife and I with this particular hotel during the time that we were there. Positively, however, the staff was very pleasant, professional, and Had an excellent attitude. I did let them know about the noise issue, but nothing was done to my knowledge about this. We had to put the refrigerator that was noisy in the bathroom in order to try to get some sleep. Our stay was great! Check in was super easy. Rooms are spacious and were very clean. Breakfast is too expensive though; not a great value for the offerings.

Older property than i expected. Hallways smelled musty and hallway carpets needed a good cleaning. Old thermostat in the room made it hard to keep a constant temperature. Great location near downtown. Plenty of parking. Lots of cruise tourists. Front desk staff were great.

Very nice, especially for the price. What u didnt like was being charged $24 for breakfast because even though the front desk didnt say at check in, they word it to make u think its complementary, knowing most will just pay since theyre alrwmeady there and have their minds set on breakfast. Very misleading, but thats the only negative thing. Everything else is really good.
