Normally I can along with few set backs, but this terrible.
To start with the AC didn't work. The person that came into the room to fix it realized that it had came unplugged. He plug it in and thought all was find, except no cold was coming out. He asked me to give it few minutes for the cold to come. I agreed. About ten minutes later, still no cool air. Keep in mind the room temperature was in the 80s. I called back to the desk to tell them it still wasn't working. The same person came back after 30 some minutes. He was in agreement that the unit wasn't working. So then I asked if I could be transfered to another room. He responded with "all the room booked". As he was leaving the room i asked do have any fans. They did get me couple of fans.
The following morning ask if I could be trans fer to another room and comp for the previous night. The receptionist was very friendly and would talk to the manager. That night when I got back I did have a different room, but the receptionist said no comp for the previous night because it was booked through Expedia. So, if that is true, I guess I will never use Expedia again.
Please let me who should be responsible for any monetary adjustments. There several other challenges but I think you have the tone of my stay.
