Clean and the free breakfast is great. The rooms really need to be updated though. There were no accessible outlets in the room so if you need to plug in a bunch of electronics, you’re gonna be out of luck.

Much nicer than my expectation.
I had to stay few more days, but I couldn't stay at the previous hotel. So I found Best Western in Fairfax. It was much nicer than I thought. They renovated so the room was very clean with modern furniture.

The male front desk staff was very non-committed to the needs of patrons. I watched as a patron approached the desk to notify the desk staff that if she was told she could park in front of her room, she wouldn't have had to lug her luggage up the front steps and the interior steps to get to her room, and that she could have parked in front of her room. The staff did not seem concerned with her comments, nor did they apologize for not letting her know of this. After listening to this, I made sure that I asked where I could park and if it was near my room. I did not think that they would have told me, had I not asked. The room itself was dusty and the fridge and microwave had not been reset after what I assume was a circuit break. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. I would stay here again, as it was affordable and convenient to my family plans.
