Good breakfast, not much seating though. I like the location, not as busy and not in a bad neighborhood. No concerns for theft. Good size room and clean. Pool side of the property was a bit loud due to the onramp.

The room was clean and I liked how private property felt. The breakfast had everything I would expect. However, the daily rate for dogs is way too expensive. $40 per dog per night. Immediately takes away from the money saved from the good deal for the room.

I looooove this little inn in Benicia! From the moment I walked in the lobby I felt impressed by the incredible cleanliness and welcoming demeanor of every single staff. My room looked out on a beautifully landscaped garden with a big willow tree and the pool. The in house cleaning products were also top notch. I had never been to Benicia before and it’s a very sweet town, the inn is close to everything you’d want to visit in Benicia!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Heritage Inn last weekend and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — with easy access to the freeway and just a short drive to Napa Valley, it made exploring the area effortless. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the hospitality from the staff was consistently welcoming and professional. I also appreciated the convenience of free parking, which was easily accessible. Everything went smoothly during my stay, with just a couple of small inconveniences: the bathroom door made a persistent squeaking sound that couldn’t be fixed during my visit, and the mini-fridge freezer produced a bit of noise at night that disrupted my sleep slightly. However, these issues didn’t overshadow the overall comfort and value of the stay. I would definitely consider staying here again, and I recommend it to others looking for a reliable, well-located option near Napa Valley.
