Service is great grounds were perfect. The only major complaint was our room 207 was directly next-door to the dining hall and it was incredibly loud, like they were doing construction at six in the morning. We had a horrible time, trying to enjoy our mornings due to all the noise

Parking excellent. V close to cute downtown Benecia. Lots of restaurants etc Negative: text at 8:00 am from best western to ask for feedback on stay. Woke me up. Room clean except tiny plastic tooth cleaners left on sink and near bathroom door. Used, unused?

I had to request towels daily And they had carpet beetles Packing up breakfast before it’s time and being rude to the kids The kitchenette is very small it’s just like a hot plate but it got the job done. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
