Room was tidy but not overall clean, looked like some cleaner was splashed up the wall and on the ceiling and was not wiped down. Did have complimentary breakfast but things were often empty. Convenient location within walking to shopping center that has many restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Location was close (<2mi) to where we were visiting. Following check in, we found the room to be without towels. The In-room phone had no direct line to the front desk to request them, so I walked to the office to get towels. The room had no closet, armoire, drawers, shelves, or hooks for hanging up any clothing, or a luggage stand, so luggage had to reside on the floor. The bed had no blanket or comforter; requested a blanket for second night. A request at the front desk for a shower cap was met with a confused expression and a “no.” Both the room darkening window shade and the modesty shades were inoperable, one stuck in the up position and the other in the down position. The toilet was loose on its mounting. For a place that looked good on the website, it was a serious disappointment. We won’t go back.

Poo in the spa

The room was ok. Not sure clean but not too dirty either. There was human stool on the hot tub, I called the office and they didn’t do anything about it, including closing it. So it stayed open with poo floating in it :(

I stay there was good. I didn’t expect a lot out of the hotel. I just wanted to get away from the madness that was going on in my life and the hotel offered me to comfort and safety that I was looking for.

Broken glass on walking areas, all of the garbages were full, one vending machine in the office area. Overall not too bad. They need another waffle iron on the weekends. Waited an hour for waffles.
