The young lady at the front needs a raise, she was amazing to work with. I booked this for my coworker and he didn’t get in til 12:30am but she made it easy for him to get his keys and enjoy his stay. Thank you

The best budget hotel 🏨 I've ever stayed in

I love staying at the extended stay America for me this was a great trip I slept well 😁😁❤️‍🩹 and I was treated fairly good and I need say that I can give them a 100%all the way around.

The property has a homeless incampment in the front. There were cockroaches climbing up the wall. No one cleans up after their pets, there was poop everywhere. I left after one night, and I don't care that I won't get a refund. It was so gross.

Smelled horrible. Although the staff was professional, the rooms were disgusting and people were extremely loud and smoking like crazy out front. I had to switch out my room it was so gross

Horrible horrible... you pay for extended stay, i had my groceries, but they had absolutely NO DISHWARE...TV the people were blue, NO maintenance, and ONLY ONE housekeeping... REALLY!! I checked out the same day N you all refuse to give me a refund for staying only 15 mins. NEVER AGAIN..HORRIBLE

Property did not exactly match the description. The rooms were dark and gloomy, seems hallways were half lit. The shower head restricted the water flow to a mist. On our third night there was a service person at the front desk asking for identification and re-registration for our room as she stated “per policy” but once we asked to speak to her manager she went back to actually helping us. Of the three room keys we had only one worked by the last day of our stay. Definitely never staying at this location ever again and recommends others avoid if possible. There were 2 other service personnel which were amazing but that is not enough for us to recommend others experience what we did.
