It was a horrible experience of booking with Orbitz. When I booked this hotel actually I was sitting at a restaurant in Fresno and this hotel located in over 200 miles away in Napa Valley popped up on the first page. In 20 minutes after booking I realized that I booked the wrong hotel and I called them. But the lady at reception told me she can’t do any thing and I had to contact with Orbitz team. Then I instantly called the customer service team and submitted the request via the live chat through App . Then I receive couple of emails saying they were still working on it and one of the email even said they reached out to the property which I stayed the day before to ask refund, totally messed up ! Now They told the hotel manager didn’t approve the request . So sad and disappointed with this platform as a 10 years member with them.
