Check in staff was friendly. Parking free and easy. There was an additional charge for early check in. TV in room was continually problematic and staff acknowledged this as an ongoing problem but were able to help. Pool was small but heated. No towels by pool - staff had to be asked to bring them out on both of the days I used the pool. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient and a nice option. Water, coffee and tea available throughout the day was appreciated. Walking distance to movie theater, ice rink, dining options, cute downtown vacaville area and Andrews park. This property is also Pet friendly. I will be staying here again.

The light in the bathroom didn’t work, maintenance came to check it and said needed to replace whole piece, front desk didn’t wanted to give us another room, when I asked reimbursement suddenly it turned out they did have another. Took nearly and hour just to settle in. So dissatisfied, in top the AC is really loud

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast included hot items, waffles, assorted bread, muffins and fresh fruit salad. I enjoyed the coffee machine with a variety of specialty coffees that was always available. The hotel was in a good location and was a good value. I was happy to have free parking.

The staff is always fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping and everyone in between. Breakfast was great, as always. My kids love that they can get gluten free muffins whenever we stay there.
