I asked if I could have a quiet room when I checked in around 6pm. I was put in room 340. There was a lot of noise from the pool and highway. I couldn’t sleep at all. I requested to change a room. I was told the hotel was fully booked. I have to check out around 11:30pm and stay another hotel nearby. It’s bad service. I was very disappointed.

We really liked this hotel ! Very nice rooms, the breakfast was very good, the grab bar in the shower for safety was a plus and the location was very good. The only downer from me with a bad back, was the bed was a little too hard.

Nice hotels. Staff was friendly. Room appered clean but did smell like dog urine. I am a.dog owner so did not complain to ftont desk. Not their fault and I dont want to limit pat friendly hotels because of bad pet owners.. Location wad great too!
