With the exception of several individuals who appeared to be transients, in and around the hotel property throughout our four-day stay, accommodations and service at this property were generally acceptable. Hilton staff were clearly aware of and accommodating transients in the hotel. The safety, security, and cleanliness of hotel staff, guests, and visitors should be of greater importance.
