This hotel doesn’t have updated photos. The front entrance was hard to find as the sign isn’t there. It’s in a residential neighborhood far from dining options. The elevator made so many noises we were convinced it was going to crash. The facilities in the room were old and dated. The TV was tiny and the desk was all wood with lots of scratches. To top it off housekeeping didn’t get to our room by the time we came back at 3pm so we never got it. Worst part is that most of the time there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, only a video of someone waiting to talk remotely with broken English. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and responsive. Opaque draperies did not close together. 2 ft gap. No shade either so privacy through the room window was only complete with all lights off.

A good hotel but it needs to do better.

Checking in was slow. he clerk was away from the desk so a video method was in use. It was painfully slow, and there were at least people waiting to check in. Finally the clerk came back and I was quickly checked in. I suppose this is what the future will be for check in but I hated it. I'm not sure that sufficient maintenance is being done. The ice bucket top was broken, the bar holding hangers was broken, and the office chair was broken. After all this, I am still not disappointed with the Hotel. We will probably stay there again in the future because the staff is always so nice.

The hotel is a little dated, BUT.....they offer cold lemon water and cookes upon arriving which is a BIG deal when you've been traveling.....the location is set in a quiet area...its clean..the room was large and relaxing, i slept like a rock....housekeeping was exceptional....breakfast was amazing....and DYLAN was GREAT, he made check in easy....took care of a couple hiccups and followed up...thank you again DYLAN....associates like you make our stay Great....

The property was somewhat lacking in its identity…I think you need a larger sign whereby it can be seen soon as people exit the interstate. The other thing that should be attended to is: the water pressure & water temperature- luke warm water will run away your female guests.

This is an old hotel with a squeaky elevator, weird check in and out (a kiosk with a large screen where a person would appear and talk to you through a camera), but comfortable bed, clean room and a pretty standard free breakfast. The rooms are not very soundproofed and I did have noisy neighbors.

Nice hotel. Don’t tell anyone

Nice hotel. Quiet. Great front desk staff. I don’t like the virtual desk staff. The reason I don’t like the virtual desk staff is because they are offshore. The accent is extremely difficult to understand. Had an issue with check in and I finally had to walk away. That’s not how you run a business. Finally a physical person came out and problem solved in two minutes because I was able to understand her.
