Uncomfortable beds and noisy.
We stayed in an Accessible room with 2 queen beds. Although room was spacious and clean, it was right next to the elevator. Mattresses were way too soft causing me to wake up with back pain. Walls are paper thin, and during our first night, there was an awful smell of sewage coming through the toilet. Tree trimmers were also there early in the morning -- so did not appreciate the noise and dust.

This was a quick overnight due to an early check in for outpatient surgery at Kaiser 2 miles away. It was clean, quiet and had a decent basic breakfast.
