Not a good stay for the money

The service was not good. I asked for an extra pillow ans was denied. The pool was not heated so the family couldn't swim. The check-in was complicated to say the least. And the beds were uncomfortable.

A good stay, overall. Grant was helpful and friendly and was able to put the second room back to the ADA queen that i originally booked. One thing though, and it happened the last time I stayed here: the desk agents are telling the room numbers outloud, versus saying "your room is on the 3rd floor" while pointing to the number on the key packet. This can be a safety concern.
