The room smelt like mold, the hallway carpet looked dirty and run down. The shower clogged during showers, and I received a call before checkout at 10:11 am to make sure we’re leaving. I’ll never stay again, my kids coughed all night because of the mold. I could hear every noise outside our room. Other than the price was good but not a good fit, they need to remodel and eradicate the mold problem.

The streets would be cleaner to stay in.
We were checked into a dirty room. We requested bathroom to be cleaned and fresh towels. One bed had a huge wet spot, and bed spreads were so dirty. The handle to get out of the room was so dirty I cleaned it with my supplies. They have no one to tend to these duties when requested. I was made to bag the dirty towels up and take them down to the office to get fresh ones. We will not be staying here ever again… oh and the manager works 2 hours a day M-F per the front office gal that’s worked there since 2023.

Don’t stay here mold from crack leaking tub
Opened the door to my room and was overwhelmed with the smell of mildew opened window to try and air it out. Took a bath in the morning and got out to my room flooding due to crack in tub talked with front desk and was told they have had problems with that before…. Angry that I paid to sleep in a mold room

Hotel will hound you over and over and over even before you checkout for reviews. You WILL get inundated with demands for a good review. I got one the first day I checked in and the second day (only stayed 2 days). 2 weeks later I have gotten no less than 12 emails harassing me for a review, one from the hotel manager directly. What is your major malfunction people?

Very disappointing stay unfortunately. We had a stay of four nights. During our stay they never cleaned our rooms, no fresh towels or took our trash out. Breakfast was also disappointing.

Only real complaint was the breakfast. Options were waffles, yogurt, apples and 2 sugary cereals. Waffle batter was too thin. Still gooey inside, after the timer went off. Only 2 choices of yogurt and 4th day of stay 1 choice was all outdated.
