Highly Recommended

We stayed in a studio suite (#160), located on the backside of the property, far from the road and the highway. It was a very large, quiet room - only heard folks in the room above or when walking outside. Well appointed - medium-sized fridge, sink, microwave, good shower. Plentiful parking nearby. Easy access to Napa (20 minutes, Uber/Lyft available) and I-80, though it's not straightforward to find when approaching from the south (Green Valley exit, from the direction of SF/Oakland), so use your navigation at least the first time.

The service was very bad. I asked for room service for three days nobody cleaned it. I ask to do it my self I was told I was going to be help and then instantly was asked about payment of my room.. also charged me an extra down deposit every renewals.. dryers don’t work

NAPA FAMILY REUNION

Family get together in Napa. This hotel was in a good location. Food was available for breakfast and dinner near by. Within minutes, you can get gas, food, or run your basic errand. It was a great location!!!

HORRIBLE! Don’t stay/waste your money!

This place was NOTHING like advertised! It is filthy, loud, and the front desk person was super rude, he rolled his eyes at me, didn’t talk to me unless it was to ask me questions. The room didn’t look anything like any of the pictures, I got catfished by a hotel! And when I went online for the website it was cheaper to purchase on there than to do so through this site! NEVER booking through this site, or hotel ever again! Also they said I could check in early, but I had to pay extra! Kinda ridiculous, I’ve never had a hotel ask me to pay to check in early or out late! Totally unprofessional!!!! The room had blood splatters all over it, there was cob webs everywhere, the ground was dirty and sticky, my feet turned black, the remote was sticky and gross I didn’t even wanna touch it! The heater/AC smelled weird too! I just really wish I didn’t waste my money, I should of gone to Motel 6 for this type of quality!

We were expecting a continental breakfast as advertised on their website but were told they don’t have it anymore. Upon returning to our room after a day out, the toilet was clogged and we were provided a plunger to fix it ourselves. My husband tried and we called again for the second time and we were advised that they can send someone to fix it in the morning leaving us without a toilet. I went to the office to ask if my son could use their bathroom, but instead the front desk clerk offered to give us another room. All of these happened during our last night at the lodge. Lastly, the bed was unkept and there was strand of hairs on the sheets. The carpet was sticky and the whole room was very unsatisfactory. However, the bathroom was clean which is the only good thing about this property. We are very disappointed and will not be returning to this property.

Is an ok hotel, the rooms are a bit outdated for the pricing. The staff you get a little of both, when we checked in the guy at the counter checking me in, was a very smart mouth. I just didn't say anything cause it wasn't worth the time. Other, than that we slept well.
