Great hosts great location

Great smaller hotel in a fantastic location for local attractions. Highly recommend 👍

Charming room, great staff, valet parking, location perfect

The view was spectacular.

A clean and new, centrally located hotel with a restaurant. These are all good things, but I have two complaints. First, it is very unclear from hotels.com what is included in each room type. I saw laundry Facilities and pictures of a washer and dryer, but these are not included in a standard room. Also, our room had probably the worst-designed bathroom I have ever seen. When the door is opened, it blocks the toilet nearly completely from the rest of the bathroom. Also, the gym is on the third floor, apparently making noise for those below and next to it. Our stay was adequate, but I would not recommend it, and it was not good value for money.

Our stay at Kamana Lakehouse was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, beautiful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so well looked after. They really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The property itself is stunning, with spectacular mountain and lake views, beautiful rooms and such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Queenstown. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave! Kamana Lakehouse was a highlight of our New Zealand holiday, and we cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for making it so special. We would return in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend it more highly! ❤️
