This hotel needs some updating. The accommodations are standard but the service is terrible. The food in the restaurant is marginal and the service was also terrible.

The rooms were neat and clean and good size, but could use microwaves. We stayed for a wedding and had babies with us so not being able to warm up milk or food was rough. Also, no pool during the heat of summer was NOT good. We didn't really interact with staff or house keeping. Also, there is no sound barrier from any noise. You can hear every door open and close, front and bathroom doors, and people walking in hallways and above you. Probably best if there are only adults and you aren't spending any time in the room, just there to sleep and shower.

Had a wonderful time with our dog in the mountains view rooms. Saw several interesting critters right outside our doorway and patio. Rooms feel super spacious with the high ceilings. Best aren't most comfortable but are decent. Loved the room

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. My biggest “pet peeve” is no screens on the windows. The evening air as beautiful, but the spiders that got in weren’t! Also, there was some mold in the bathroom and that window could not open at all (we may have helped that situation). It is a beautiful place though, and Fallbrook is always wonderful.

The rooms are in two story buildings with outdoor hallways and parking outside the doors. The resort is very quiet with a nice layout by the golf course. They are currently remodeling the rooms with a nice modern farm decor. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were closed for remodeling. The beds are comfortable, with nice large windows with view of the golf course, and thick light block out curtains. The bathroom has a beautiful barn door that unfortunately has a bit noisy locking mechanism. If one needs to close the door, it might wake the other sleeping room mates. The restaurant lounge is newly remodeled. They had a great band playing during a long happy hour on Friday evening, while serving tasty drinks and dishes. Overall a nice resort, I would not hesitate to return and enjoy the full renovation.

Room was decent. However, outside property was dirty.. Not Pet friendly at all. No grass areas for dogs. Sections of the property are blocked off due to repairs/structure damage. Grass was dead/dry. property needs help in their landscaping. For being a golf resort you would expect better.
