I wouldn’t recommend
I was very disappointed, I arrived at 5:30 pm to an empty lobby no staff in sight. I called the front lobby hoping to be transferred to a live person who would possibly be able to reach a staff member. Phone rang for about 5 minutes as I walked around the hotel looking for any staff members, finally someone answered and pretended he had been at the front lobby this whole time. Then he informed me he doesn’t have any rooms with a king bed (like I reserved) only rooms with 2 queen beds but don’t worry no extra charge. The room itself was not any better, smelt like a homeless man who showered with Fabuloso, entire restroom area had stains. One bed was caved in and the other was on its way out soon because the support wasn’t great, so obviously not a great nights sleep. THE PHOTOS THEY SHOW ARE MISLEADING.

The very dive motel 😠
Too much of a horrible experience the room phone had no service no hair dryer the freezer was totally iced there was a hole in the wall the shower was so unsafe and had 2 steps to get in and out floors were dirty our room window was dirty the dresser drawer was hard to open 😠😠😠

I’m not sure how this property is not shut down yet. This was bay far the worst hotel I’ve experienced. For $226 a night I expected at the very least a clean room, however I got a shower that had not been properly cleaned and with the most moldy shower curtain I’ve ever seen. The floors were disgustingly dirty, I quickly learned to leave my shoes on. And to top it off the bed sheets seemed to have debree of some sort (possibly mice droppings).

This property is not a "Quality" inn place as it is named , I saw rates running in breakfast area it needs a good renovation and better management, I would never stay in any Quality inn hotels anymore.

A horrible experience.
When I walked in to the front lobby I noticed it was rundown. They gave me room 204. The door latch had been repaired it was obvious that someone broke the lock, as the putty was still new. There were stains on the wall. The toilet was running. The shower was filthy. The air conditioner had what appeared to be mold in the vent. It smelled terrible. The sliding door opened up to the clay tiled roof that was dirty with debri and cracked. I could not stay there and I recommend nobody stay at this quality inn. Shame on quality inn for allowing the hotel to be so filthy and disgusting. Shame on Hotel.com for having this hotel on their website. I booked it through this website. I will not ever stay in a quality inn ever again. They are trash. I will not trust hotel.com. Neither quality Inn nor Hotels.com offered to reimburse me, as it was part of the policy. Customer service is definitely lacking.

The pool was Green, they said they hadn't been able to reach the pool care people, the paint was peeling off the room and part of it was being held together by painters tape. The bed was clean and the towels were clean they had just come out of the dryer. The floor was filthy our feet were black after walking the concert. We wore socks just because the floor was so awful. The milk was spoiled in the breakfast area but the waffles were good. The people at the desk were very helpful

This place was absolutely terrible. Our bathroom was dirty. The lampshades were dirty. The place smelled like trash and it smelled like they tried to cover it up with incense. The front desk man was SO RUDE. Randomly our keys stopped working to our room so we had to walk downstairs (because theres no elevators) to the front desk and instead of being apologetic for their equipment being faulty they tried to blame us for "putting the keys near a device" meaning our cell phones made the keys not work. I have stayed at many places and never had this issue happen. The ice machine was not working, the vending machine for drinks was not working. The "breakfast" was a joke. It also looks like half of the rooms are being rented out to people as apartments and the other half is for the "hotel" portion. Pool was also GREEN and disgusting.

There is not a lot to say about this property. The area is run down. The room smelled of over sprayed perfum. The bathroom was literally painted by way less than amateurs. All of the fixtures had paint to include the mirror, tile, door, toilet paper holder… the shower curtain was too long and stained red (mold). The bathroom window had you guest it paint and mold. Only reason why I stayed was because it was a non-refundable room. They do service breakfast. Waffles and some fruit. They ran out of coffee and said because breakfast hours was over is 15 minutes that they don’t provide more. Definitely not worth the higher price. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inn hotels in the past this is the worst

The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The stuff weren’t welcoming. The rooms smelled horrible. I found a dead bedbug on the bed. The mini fridge started leaking water in the middle of the night and got my luggage wet. I showed the staff all the issues at checkout and they asked me if I wanted to change rooms when I was checking out. Horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE. I would rather sleep in my car which is ALOT cleaner and safe than this place. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
