Loved everything about our stay at the Archer Hotel! Super simple (and ample) parking, easy check in/out, amazingly friendly staff and very clean. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. There are so many great places within walking distance. The room was great…comfy bed, updated, clean bathroom and plenty of space. The room decor (tables, lamps, cups, etc) were a step up from what you normally get in a hotel room. Sturdy and much more decorative than standard. Nespresso coffee pot with quality creamers in the room, upgraded bath products and even clear glass coffee mugs (which does make a difference!). The continental and grab & go breakfast was really, really good. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

The Archer Hotel is a beautiful property. It's located among boutique shops and a nice variety of restaurants. There is a parking garage with abundant parking and it's located less than a mile from the train station for trips into DC without having to stay in DC. We stayed with two young children and the area around the hotel felt safe and family friendly.

Stay was good overall only issue was parking. Parking is across in the parking lot that during work days is usually full. Front desk that checked us in was rude however rest of the staff was wonderful.

Gentleman who checked me in was cold and rude. It was 1 in the morning and I just landed from the keys and had a short layover and was exhausted. I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste and it bothered him that he didn’t finish his explanations of the hotel and then at the end looked at me and said the market closed at midnite. Everything else about the hotel looked great and like a place I would stay at some time.

Nice hotel in a nice area for shopping and restaurants. Metro station a decent walk away. Free continental breakfast was really bad. Only thing we wanted to eat were the hard boiled eggs and those were barely edible (didn’t know that was possible). We opted to go out for breakfast the second morning.
