House cleaning was banging on my door at 10am I was going into the shower and then house keeping tried to open the door at a time when I did not have on any clothes. This is terrible and very poor service . I told the front desk what happen and the response they gave was ok.Very very poor.

Loved that they had a restaurant and bar on the premises. The rooms were spacious. The shower had great pressure! I really liked the layout our room which had the king bed. Very friendly staff!

Ok but soulless

Ok place if you just need a place to sleep. I visited a relative at near by hospital and only spent bare minimum time in hotel. It’s a bit dated and worn but food was ok and staff friendly. The location is a bit off as it’s far from everything except hospital.

Tough night!

My room was like a sauna when I walked in. The A/C was very loud and had to run all night to stay cool. The TV didn’t work properly. I had a spider in my bathroom next to pub hair on the floor. There was no full length mirror in the room. Only a small mirror above small sink. I had to get dressed in the hotel bathroom so I could what I looked like before heading to the office.

I like the renovations completed on the hotel. The room’s adjoining room allowed noise from another guest to be heard quiet easily so I got woken up at around 5:30-6 am from someone talking on the phone in the room that was adjoining ours. I also don’t think it’s moral to charge a $13.00 parking fee, when there is no cameras in the parking lot in case of theft, and signs posted that state to bring your stuff in because they will not be held responsible even though I was forced to pay the parking fee park in their parking lot where I just paid approx $200 a night to stay.
