All of the KyY State Parks are a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is super nice. The restaurant offered delicious buffets and off the menu meals. Lots of opportunities to hike, see the sites. There are local restaurants, amenities and seasonal opportunities. Overall a great experience.

We were very disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave. I've never stayed anywhere that you didn’t have those 2 items. We had taken food with us that spoiled because of no refrigerator

Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell. The controls on the shower were difficult to figure out! The bed was comfortable and the balcony was very nice!!

Septuagenarians on a road trip

Only over nighted on a road trip with wife and small dog on lodge. Accommodated need for mini fridge for meds. No microwave. Clean, comfortable, friendly, would definitely stay for a longer respite. Onsite dinner buffet was good and reasonable price.

The room was not as clean as I would have expected for the price we paid. There were mosquitos in the room. The sidewalks and walkways were not clear of debris. The food we ordered was not thoroughly cooked.
