The property was very nice and very interesting and it’s been only one year. The property has been there and I was very grateful to enjoy the moment of Grace in my present for that one year in that one year I would like to anniversary to the hotel as well. But as far as the location it’s OK, but it’s nothing to really do and you are very, very limited transportation, and it cost a lot for transportation to move around and enjoy the city or the island. Most of all I had a wonderful time. I got a chance to enjoy my family and meet new people as well along the way thank you.

Resort is newer and well maintained. Grounds are clean and pretty. Food is decent but not great. The beach is a little rocky in places but the pools are great.

First I would like to say its a new property but the dinning room staff members definitely needs more training on not discussing there personal issues in the dinning area. The housekeeping staff needs to be more polite except our housekeeper cant remember here name but she works on the 10th floor Ocean view rooms great lady the others will pass and just look in your face and not even greet you. The food was what it is nothing to be excited about our last night having dinner is the Asians restaurant we had to leave and eat at the buffet we waited over an hour to get our meal the I realized most of the dinning room staff are racist the are more quick to serve the white than there own skin color. The Michael Jackson show was great. Lastly when we were leaving we went to the car part to get our rental while we were putting in our suitcases this landscaper just turn out the dirty water wet us up I called out to him he look and not even say sorry we went on the plane feeling dirty cause we were running late so could not gone back to the room to changed all In all i would never celebrate another anniversary at this resort.

5 Stars! A Wonderful Getaway at Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle. My husband and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The entire resort was clean and beautifully maintained, and the food was consistently delicious—we looked forward to every meal! The entertainment was also a highlight—fun, lively, and perfect for a relaxing vacation vibe. The only small downside was the number of big rocks in the ocean, but honestly, that’s nature and definitely not a deal-breaker. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return soon!

One of the best all inclusive resort we have stayed in. Food and service was amazing. Because it’s a new resort everything was still well maintained and clean. We had no issues booking all the restaurants and they served food I would pay for, just great. Buffet changed all the time. The only thing I did not like was the water, to many rocks and you could only swim within a limited area. To many party people at the pool but they did have a kids pool that we visited daily. It was a fight to find an umbrella at the beach, most were broken. Maybe the resort should invest into the permanent solution for umbrellas due to high winds. Overall one of the best I’ve stayed in.
