We had a great time. Staff was super nice and professional. We had our room cleaned daily. Whenever we asked them to restock, they did right away. Overall it was a very nice well maintained resort.

I'll start with the good: 1. Overall property was excellent 2. Entertainment was the best! 3. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 4. Dining room staff were great! (especially Mesha and Troya) 5. Bartenders made really good drinks (especially Cornel and Derwayne) Things to consider: 1. Coffee shop did not open until 10am 2. Wifi was not good. My online videos would not load 3. In my opinion, Kids club was really geared towards age group 3-7 years

Such a great place to take the kids. The live entertainment at night for the kids, kids club staff, and splash pad were top tier. Remembering my kids name after just meeting once and not seeing her for 2 days mad my shy girl feel comfortable. Beach front was beautiful, not rocky like some reviews say. Dining at the buffet was yummy each time we went. I don’t recommend any of the restaurants. That was the only negative comment. Food just wasn’t tasty (trying to impersonate a cuisine by chefs not from those places).

I love my 5 day stay here. The staff are very professional and provided quality service. The only thing is that this resort focus more on people with families and elderly since it doesn’t have a night club but overall, i’ll give my stay 5 stars.

There were plenty of vegan options and endless drinks. Make sure to bring extra cash for tips, as they don't have an ATM on site. A lot is going on, so you won't be bored. It feels like you are on a land cruise to keep you from leaving the resort.

Overall it was a nice resort. My main complaint is that you have to use the Riu app for many things like dinner reservations and half the time the app did not work. It was our 20th anniversary and we tried calling to make special reservations and never had any assistance.

My overall experience was 10/10 went from my birthday I stayed 4 night and 5 day in September 27 - October 1. The Staff was amazing and helpful . The only thing I didn’t really like was that we had to make reservations through the Riu app. Because the resort was busy and had a lot of people there book was a reservation at a restaurant was a hassle. But beside that it was great it look even better then the pictures .

I would like to give this hotel 10/10. This was first time staying at a RIU. My stay was from sept 29th-Oct 2nd celebrating my spouse birthday. The employees met all our needs. Our room was spacious , fully stocked and clean. We had an issue with our toilet seat and it was literally fixed within 15mins of reporting the issue. The entertainment was amazing , i didn’t think it would be much to do being that it was a kid friendly resort but they offered yoga , beach games (via volleyball), they had jet skis available for purchase, they also had little snippets of dancing at the adult pool. The views were beautiful. I heard so many different reviews regarding booking at a RIU , that i had to see what it was like for myself. The food was delicious and well seasoned. I just wish me and my spouse were able to try the other restaurants at the resort but unfortunately it’s a hassle when booking a day in advance. But I’m glad buffet accommodate our needs. I also recommend possibly giving better deals of discount when purchasing pictures, we paid 300$ usd for about 20 pictures. Just wish we were offer better pricing. Nonetheless the pictures came out beautiful and i love that they have multiple photographers on the property. I wish i could remember the woman who took our pictures, she was so nice and attentive. I also wish the pool stayed open pass 6pm, alongside i wish they did foam pool parties during the week days as well. I LOVE THE FACT THE OFFERED ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORT

Staff was wonderful! Especially Celina in Public Relations. Nicola the housekeeping woman. Any call or visit to the front desk was pleasant. All interactions with staff was GREAT!

The property was very clean and beautiful! Staff were nice and accommodating. I loved the fact that they did not allow kids at the swim up bar where all of the adults were. Also, I loved the fact that they had a Jamaican station at the buffet, we do NOT always want American style food.
