There was a fight and no security in sight. I felt unsafe that night. That same guy that was drunk and fighting came up to us and kept speaking to us. I felt unsafe

The property was nice, but make sure you have an ocean view. The other side of the property was not a beautiful scenery.

During our stay, my daughter’s phone went missing from our room, and the way the hotel handled it was unacceptable. We were later contacted by a man who said he had the phone and claimed that “someone from the hotel gave it to him from lost and found.” He has yet to return the phone and is now making it sound like he wants money in exchange — essentially holding it for ransom. At no point did the hotel inform us the phone had been found or take any action to get it back for us. Instead, we were left to deal with a stranger, with no support, accountability, or urgency from hotel staff. Guests should feel confident their belongings are secure, and this experience has completely destroyed that trust. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety, honesty, and professionalism.

The property was very clean and beautiful in its own way, however I was expecting it to be a little more glamorous perhaps a sparkling chandelier and more glitter. I felt the appearance was average but most definitely very clean. Also I would like to add the food could be a little warmer and mangoes I thought would be served with breakfast not with dinner. I did enjoy my stay and would return. I have stayed at the Riu franchise several times before but my first time at The Riu Palace Aquarelle.

The Entire stay from checking in to check out was amazing. Friendly Staff. Amazing Hospitality,Food & Drinks Were Amazing.Rooms were clean. Entertainment was Awesome. If you are looking for a Safe,Enjoyable Stay. Riu Aquarelle is definitely the place. you will not be disappointed.

Property is beautiful, rooms are spacious with amazing view of the ocean and property. My kids had fun at the Kids Club and I loved that they were included in the nightly entertainment activities. The food the first three days was not good, tasted bland, not well seasoned however after that it improved.

The hotel is new and beautiful. The rooms are very spacious with breathtaking views. The food at the buffet was delicious especially the Jamaican food. The staff including the entertainers were all great. Would definitely come back!

We travel a lot and have stayed in many resorts and hotels however this particular hotel /resort did it for us. The food, the ambiance, cleanliness and the way the staff were attentive to our need was 👌 We cannot to visit again soon. The price for the stay really worth it.

My stay at Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle was fantastic! The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything was well-maintained. A special shoutout to Chavel and Dimitri at the bar—they were outstanding! They made me feel welcome every day, provided top-notch drinks, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Their kindness and professionalism really made my trip memorable.
