I like that the room was clean. The balcony view was pleasant: the staff was courteous. Most of all, the INTERNET was reliable. I had 1 1/2 days of Zoom calls that conducted without a hitch. Thank you so much! The only issue that I had is that I had cold water to shower in for 3 of the 4 nights that I was there. It was addressed once I called the front desk. Cheap parts in the fixtures was the source of the problem. All in all, it was a good stay.

Not in the best neighborhood. Flood waters gather outside the property, no drainage, and it created a lot of mosquitoes. The room had a lot of hair on the floor. Night life could be better. No night club. Adult pool could be cleaner. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay. Beach was nice and food was good. Staff was friendly.

Didn’t like the fact that after checking out I had to stand outside in the sun to get lunch at the jerk bar. Entertainment was poor for the weekend compared to my expectation of the hotel. Didn’t like the idea that we had to take a shuttle to go to another location for entertainment. The food was good The drinks options were good overall not my best experience.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. I loved how the servers at the buffet would sing to the crowd. Beautiful property! Sasha was awesome that worked in the buffet restaurant.

Clean room pleasant staff always. Food options are amazing and variable. Meaning, there's wide variety of Jamaican food as well as American or otherwise. Entertainment staff are very friendly and makes sure guests are involved in every aspect of their stay. Very interactive.

I have visit Jamaica several times at different resorts and this one was the worst of them all. First let me say no hot water to shower. I thought it was just my room but the entire hotel had no water. When the water came back on it was lukewarm. We didn't get hot water until time for me to go which was 4 days later. The restaurants did not have a good selection for those that have special dietary needs. The staff walked around with attitude the entire time. The worst group was at the steak house. The best part of this vacation was the entertainment specially The Silver Band they did an awesome job. This was my first time at a RIU resort and not sure if I would give them another try.
