Staff was amazing , hotel was amazing only conplaints i have is the 1st night of our stay the pools chlorine levels were extremely strong however they were quick to fix it . So our 2nd night swim was much better and suitable. The other was the parking lot was super slick .

It was just average, expected a lot more based on the exceptional reviews. I arrived at noon and was denied early check in, so had to come back in 90 minutes, never happened at previous hotels. Linen sheets on bed were ripped, hot water was non-existent and the shower head was full of leaks with no pressure. Breakfast was good, did not use the other amenities.

There were sports teams or one team staying there and they very literally terrorized the guests. They were ripping signs off doors, pounding on the doors til well after 10 pm and running the halls/stairwells. The front desk told us they pulled the fire alarm at one point. Made our stay very unpleasant & uncomfortable.

My new Fargo Favorite!
We have stayed here before thanks to Mother Nature closing the interstate and another hotel being full. But this time we selected this place as a first choice - pleased we did. Had a room on the first floor that had exterior door so that we didnt’ have to go into the hotel to go outside - that was a great amenity this property offers. We checked in too late to utilitize the restaurant next door but learned about Boss’es pizza and was pleased with them. Even saved their number in my phone for the next trip thru Fargo for pizza!

We had a reservation and when we showed up they denied our reservation and sent us on our way. Then Expedia would not refund our money. The staff would not do anything for us even tho they had room as a guy walked in behind me and just asked for a room and they gave him one. Horrible service

We have stayed at this Best Western many times! We have a lot of family that meet us there and we always have a great time! The pool area is super! We had a good, clean room, and the breakfast was very good! It’s close to restaurants and stores and we always find things to do in Fargo!
