This hotel clearly caters to local construction workers who need nightly or weekly stays. It's not for families looking for a fun place to stay. It's not for couples looking for a romantic, fancy, mid to upper scale accomadations. It's an inexpensive utility hotel. I clean, friendly, convenient place to lay your head down for the night, then head to Perkins for breakfast.
