This property doesn’t have daily housekeeping, unless you request it, which I did — 3 times. And every single time they didn’t do it. Well, to be fair, the housekeeper came in once to give us new towels but did nothing else. Plus our room had a lot of lobby noise. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I will be requesting a refund from hotels.com. The front desk personnel told me to request a refund due to being woken up at 11:15 by a disturbance in the hallway of our room that caused my family to be awoken and front desk personnel to contact support from law enforcement.
