Staff was courteous, room was clean. Loved the balcony and hot tubs. TV seems to be dying… no matter what station the sound and picture would fade in and out. Three times throughout our stay the screen went black. The charging port on the clock did not work.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations which were nice to see. The pool and multiple hot tubs were unusual but we saw that as a positive as it gave smaller groups to enjoy the hot tubs. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was ok but had been well used as there were dips on both sides showing wear. Staff was very courteous and were observed multiple times making rounds to pick up trash and straighten areas.

Always love staying here! Comfortable beds and clean rooms. My favorite part is the hot tubs, they are actually hot. Wish they would serve breakfast a little longer. I’m not an early riser. The only down side is the rooms that border the inside courtyard are not quiet. You can hear all the talking, luckily it closes at 11pm but you’ll hear it in the morning again.
