Needs work.

Little food options at the breakfast bar. Bed was comfortable, internet was ok, transportation access was ok. I would have like to see an adult pool time after 10 PM. The hallway carpets need some serious cleaning.

The first room assigned was terrible including wet towels still on the floor in the bathroom and the bed looked like someone had laid on it even after being made. It was on the second floor and there are no elevators so you must pull luggage up the steps. The person at the front desk did offer to assist...and then he upgraded my room. The second room was much nicer on the first floor. The main carpets in the hallways are really dirty and smelly. Breakfast is continental- no eggs or protein. All staff I encountered were pleasant, its the facility that needs some upgrading. Location is convenient to everything so long as you have a car. For the rate charged and the upgrade provided- I should not complain!

It’s very quiet with a large room. The card reader on our door was broken and the bed was too soft for my husband. He had to sleep in the chair. You really do need an elevator.

Breakfast was suppose to be until 9:00 but was removed and closed early. No elevator. Not secure. Anyone could walk in outside back door. Outside back door couldn’t be closed.

Our room was located across from the laundry room, so it was quite humid and noisy. I wish the breakfast would have had more "filling" options with some sort of protein besides hard boiled eggs.

Clean and great staff. Only thing did not like was no elevator. Was traveling with someone using a walker and had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor room. The staff did let him move to a 1st floor room the 2nd day.
