We always have enjoyed our stay at the facility. In the past it has always been quiet. This past stay we were in the room above the entry. At about 3 am there were loud voices, laughing for over an hour. Also road noise was endless. This is the first time our room was on second floor. Very tired for our flight

It is an older property that is generally falling apart. The outlet was so loose, my cord wouldn't stay in. The toilet seat was almost falling off. The smoke alarm was sitting on the counter. Light bulbs missing. No hot breakfast as advertised. Pool was closed. They need a maintenance person around to fix things, but with the few customers, I'm sure they can't afford it. It was very convenient to walk to the Fargodome. But not enough to make it worth staying there again.

This hotel does not have an elevator so if you are unable to take stairs make sure to note that when making a reservation. The lobby was extremely dark, rooms were ok - but the hallway and public areas were not appealing. I won't be staying here again.

We had a single king size bed on the first floor just down from the swimming pool. The hot tub in the room with the pool was not working , had scrap wood around it and mud in bottom of hot tub. In our room the curtains with the pull rods were sheer lace. The heavy curtains on top of that would not even move. The rod they were on had screws in them to keep them from moving and even if they could move the rod channels were not even all the way across the window so anyone could look in the room. Went to front desk to complain and was given a bed sheet and some safety pins to put it up across the opening. Would not even gove me a blanket to use instead of the sheet. Will not stay there again.

Poor service. Arrived at 2pm on a Sunday and was informed by an employee watching TV in the lobby that check in wasn't allowed until after 3PM. Returned about 5 pm and there was a sign at the desk stating employee had gone to the airport. The same employee that had told me that check in wasn't until 3, said i would have to wait until the other employee returned. When I asked why the employee there couldn't help, she stated it wasn't her job and I should complain to the owner if i wasnt happy. The employee did finally check me in after a few minutes waiting for the return of desk agent from the airport. I still am not sure why the first employee wasn't able to complete check-in process right away.

Parking lot looks unkept. Spa has been broken for many months it seems. Room not the nicest smelling. Blood on bathroom wall and shower curtain. Trash on floor. Carpet ripped and dirty through out the motel. No coffee in the room. Won't stay here again 😞
