Asked to park in back because of the Uhaul trailer I was towing. However it was a dead end so was very difficult to maneuver. The hot tubs were out of order and front desk staff seemed annoyed of my check in

They could add couch cushions to the suites with a fold out couch. Also the feather pillows were pokey. Could possibly switch those out.

Quiet for a weeknight, pool area, general property and rooms need an update and a good cleaning! We paid for a suite with sleeping room for 5, checked-in to a room with a pull out, pull out was extremely soiled with various stains, body fluids and growing mould, beyond awful! Front desk did arrange a different room to sleep, it was disgusting. Didn't appear as though that couch had been moved or cleaned in ages either. For a price tag of >$200 for the night, should be able to expect better! Was told because they found us somewhere to sleep they would not consider a refund. Do not recommend, will not stay again.
