I sleep vary badly in motels but in this one i was very comfortable, a rarity for me. Beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was better than the average motel. Multiple meats to choose from. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Had a reservation for months, was told at check in they “over booked” so I didn’t get the room I requested. Property is under a revamp which we were unaware of so 4th floor was out of commission and hallways were dirty/elevators, etc. Very loud property, no outside areas in which to relax as other Holiday Inn Express. Would not stay again. Left at 6:00 a.m.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fargo-West Acres! The room was just the right size to comfortably accommodate our family for the night, breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options, and the pool was well maintained and not too busy in the morning.

The lobby was under construction. It was extremely noisy, dirty, dusty. I would have appreciated being notified that this was taking place. Also the staff working the breakfast area were VERY LOUD when standing around making coffee and talking. Breakfast wasn't very enjoyable with the loud employees and construction tools running. Also the vestibule was painted so it all smelled like paint. Lastly, the pool area was dark and dingy both in and out of the pool. Definitely not an attraction.
