Our room was cold, and the heater was clearly not working. We had the thermostat set at 75 degrees and it never got over 69 degrees, but I can tell you it was cold in there. There was absolutely no hot water so we couldn't shower.

Hotel was fine. Went downstairs at 730pm to have supper and the chef said he had a large order of 40 people (prereserved party in private room) so he closed the restaurant. I was told he needed 1.5 hours to cook for 40 people they he knew were coming. I was very disappointed that I had to door dash fast food in order to get something to eat. 730pm plus 1.5 hour wait plus 9pm close restaurant needs new chef if he cant handle a pre scheduled party of 40

Hotel staff were friendly. Dining staff were not friendly in the slightest and extremely slow. Entire hotel building was freezing cold. Building could use some cleanliness and updating.
